Web Editor/Developer

I started as a content editor before becoming a front-end developer.

Working with a team of back-end developers I was responsible for updating, maintaining and developing the website using Dreamweaver and classic ASP. I also created and edited graphical content using Fireworks, Photoshop and Flash. The team also had a strict focus on ensuring adherence to W3C accessibility guidelines.

Key projects

• Integral to redesign and bringing in-house the main Alliance & Leicester websites as well as providing constant improvements (such as the dynamic Useful Tools Centre).
• Project managed the move to bring e-mail campaigns in house and to manage the database information internally.
• I received two awards for commitment and teamwork, and for assistance with an employees' personal development.
